The Palliative Care team also provided information and tools to help individuals discuss their wishes aboout this very important and sometimes difficult topic with family, friends, and healthcare providers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a result of National Healthcare Decision Day, many employees and people in our community can now have thoughtful conversations about their healthcare decisions.
