The following week, on Thursday, May 30<sup>th<\/sup>, Flushing Hospital showcased nearly three dozen posters on the walls of the auditorium. All of the posters on display were presented at professional conferences within the last year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4517\" src=\"http:\/\/medisyshealth.org\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/ResearchDay19-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Research Day at Jamaica Hospital\" width=\"247\" height=\"188\" \/>Many passed through and admired the posters at both events, which included submissions from various departments including family and internal medicine, ob\/gyn, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics, psychiatry, pulmonology, surgery, and trauma.<\/p>\n<p>Research day was organized by the Research Department.\u00a0 The event demonstrated the network\u2019s dedication to education and research.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to all involved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ShareThe MediSys Health Network recently showcased the academic achievements of its clinical staff during Research Day, an annual event that is celebrated at Jamaica and Flushing Hospital Medical Center.
