Kacicia, MD, MPH, Executive Director, New York State Perinatal Quality Collaborative, Medical Director. Division of Family Health, New York State Department of Health stated, \u201cWe congratulate and recognize the work the Flushing Hospital Medical Center\u2019s birthing team has done to reach the goal of optimizing early enteral nutrition and postnatal growth among very preterm newborns.
