These actions may include keeping our facilities safe, correcting a medication order, preventing a patient from falling or reporting a significant change in a patient\u2019s status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please join us in congratulating the following employees on their Good Catch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Diana Sanchez, Patient Advocate, Person-Centered Services- Jamaica Hospital<\/li><li>Ana Petrakis, RN, CDU Department- Flushing Hospital<\/li><li>Beena Joseph, MD, CDU Department -Flushing Hospital<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>By identifying a problem before it became a patient safety issue, our awardees have helped our hospitals provide patients with excellent care.
