Jamaica Hospital Medical Center was recognized by the American Heart Association for its continued commitment to quality improvement across its cardiovascular service lines by awarding the hospital the Get With The Guidelines- Coronary Artery Disease NSTEMI Gold with Target: Type 2 Diabetes and the Get With The Guidelines Heart Failure Gold Plus Award with Target: HF Optimal and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Quality Achievement Awards.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Additionally,\u00a0Jamaica\u00a0and Flushing\u00a0Hospital\u00a0Medical Center\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">received the American Heart Association\u2019s 2026\u00a0Get\u00a0With\u00a0The\u00a0Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus with\u00a0Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus with Advanced Therapy and Target Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll and Get\u00a0With\u00a0The\u00a0Guidelines- Stroke\u00a0Gold Plus with Target: Stroke\u00a0Honor Roll Elite and Target\u00a0Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll\u00a0Quality\u00a0Achievement Award.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Get With\u00a0The\u00a0Guidelines puts the\u00a0expertise\u00a0of the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association to work for hospitals nationwide, helping ensure patient care is aligned with the latest research- and evidence-based guidelines.
